“One of the most stunning, brilliant, technically well supplied violinists that I have worked with in my conducting career. Beatrice produces a very warm and expressive tone supported by a wonderful instrument and reliant technique.”
That’s what conductor Antoni Bonetti said about Beatrice Colombis after her outstanding performance at the Autumn Performance in Noosa last week.
Young violinist Beatrice earned the admiration and a standing ovation from an enthusiastic audience of 240 people last Sunday. The feet stamping was thunderous! Beatrice is indeed an exceptional young talent, proving everything her grandfather Paul (on viola) has said of his granddaughter, to be more than true!
The whole program was well received, the orchestra and the Ministrings too, everyone had a have a great afternoon.
The Orchestra, and Beatrice, will be performing again at the Cooroy Memorial Hall on 31 March at 2.30pm.
