A Passionate Clarinettist
At just 22 years old, Sacha Gibbs-McPhee is a recent graduate of the University of Queensland, where he completed a Bachelor of Music majoring in Clarinet performance.
Sacha grew up in Noosa and is studying at the Royal Academy of Music in London to pursue a career in orchestral music as a masters student.
A testimony to his talents, Sacha has performed with the London Sinfonietta, and the Royal Academy Opera studied with the players of the LSO and the Philharmonia Orchestra. In Australia he has worked with the Queensland Symphony Orchestra, and Pianist Virtuoso Simon Tedeschi.
Sacha has enjoyed playing with the Noosa Orchestra. He seeks every opportunity to explore the orchestral, chamber and solo repertoire, which he is very passionate about.
